Our Partnership
To support families in this crucial time of growth and development of their babies, we have created Creciendo Juntos: A Preparing For Life program. We are a collaboration between Casa Central, the University of Chicago and Preparing for life.
Creciendo Juntos serves expectant parents in the Back of the Yards, Bridgeport, Gage Park, and nearby neighborhoods by offering high-quality family services through personalized home visits.
A Creciendo Juntos home visitor from Casa Central visits families in their homes to discuss parenting, child development, social services, and other topics the family may choose.
Eligibility
Eligible families must be expecting a child and live within the 60609, 60629, and 60632 zip codes.
Services are provided primarily in Spanish, with bilingual services available as well.
